Sheneka, our Founder and driving force behind our organization, believes that if you are not giving, you are not growing. She believes giving and growing are very important aspects to finding our God given purpose. Her journey has walked her through many paths throughout her life and through this walk, she has found that giving and growing has not only been a humbling experience, but has always made her feel the most successful. She has received her Bachelor's degree in Network and Communication Management from Devry University. Following Devry University, she went on to also receive her Master's Degree in Network and Communication Management with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School Of Management. She has always had a passion to help others, but paying more attention to those less fortunate by providing skills and resources to help excel no matter the detours and challenges, has definitely been the most rewarding. She is a mother to seven and a grandmother and has understood all areas by way of personal and professional experience. The enhancement of her extensive education, work experiences, her day to day life skills along with a pursued passion to help others has allowed her to continuously develop creative plans in order to help individuals affected by poverty and unfortunate circumstances. She has realized that providing resources to individuals and or families can in turn create a more positive and effective change in so many more lives. Sheneka's significant trainings that placed an emphasis on her skills of managing and being managed in and out of her work environment has allowed her to put together the development of our proactive empowerment program, which has become the foundation of our center.
